Gets children for a page based on publish state or predicate.

| GetChildrenForPage(Guid,PublishState) | Gets all children under a particular page that matches the publish state given. By default publish state is PublishState.Published. |
| GetChildrenForPage(Guid,Predicate<PageIndexItem>) | Gets all children under a particular page that matches the predicate. This can be used to only list pages that should be visible in a menu, or that matches any other criteria. |
